My vision is better.  My sleep is better and continues to improve overall.  I am able to sleep continously, getting up maybe once when I drink too much at night.  My dreams are not disturbing my sleep and I wake up feeling rested and refresh.  My head still feels clear and not cluttered like before.  That means I am able to stay focus and not feel foggy.  The third eye is there...but is not disturbing me.  

As for dreams, this week was the week of the mystical creatures.  HA!!

I have done some meditation this week and have been working on what you said last Saturday:  Expanding....(Not that easy, but I am working on it)

6. You have asked me to explain the changes after the first appointment :

I will say I feel now self confidence for the first time in my life without excess, just enough to feel good with me, with what I am. perhaps 10 days later after our appointment, I was about to sleep when my "small voice" told me :  you are xxxxx(client’s name) I repeated 3 times : I'm xxxxx(client’s name) and for the first time it had a meaning for me. It was like I was back to me, able to face what I am, what I did.

I'm proud of me, just proud to face me and to assume it.

This means a big change in my life, I'm no more complaining, I'm no more hiding what I'm.

I accept my successes and my difference.

When I'm talking about my experience, my references, I'm now able to say "I" not " we"  as I used to do in the past even I was alone working on this project. It's new !

 I'm able now to accept help, business network,  I'm open to new contacts in one month I did more progress in my network than in a few years. people are more friendly with me, more attracted.

I think I will be more powerful in my projects with this self-confidence

When I see all I did without, I feel very strong and determinate.

So, thank you for your help. I'm starting a new life.

 and in addition since the second appointment, I feel my energy more efficient, able to focus on one thing , not changing in a day my focus and trying to work on different projects. I 'm working with more concentration and more attention on one projects after another.

I start to feel something peaceful and strong, like something is going to be more organized in me.

and to conclude if I'm not pretentious, I'm a bit afraid about this new power.

I know I was strong, smart, sensible enough in the past to impress, to manipulate, to take control of the situation, to reach my goals, now with self confidence and capability to focus and use all my energy in the same direction I could be VERY powerful. it's a big responsability....

5. We welcome litte Maximilian. He was born into this world at 5:58am on December 13th, 2010. He weighed in at 7 pounds and measured 20 inches. We were thrilled to find him healthy, happy, and hungry.

4. You have by far been the most effective acupuncturist/herbalist that I have ever had.
