上古天真論
This is the title of chapter one of Basic Questions, the first part of the oldest classical book in Chinese medicine, Yellow Emperor’s Inner Classic. The summarized conclusion is:
The ancient people knew the proper way to live.
They followed the pattern of yin and yang, the regular pattern of heaven and Earth.
They managed to adapt with the seasonal changes.
These are the great principles of human life.
A. The ancient people ate and drank with moderation on a regular basis.
B. They lived their daily lives according to a regular pattern.
C. They worked hard but avoided excessive fatigue.
D. Therefore, their spirits and bodies always remained in perfect harmony with each other.
They were able to live out their natural life span and died at the age of over one hundred and twenty years.
昔在黃帝,生而神靈,弱而能言,幼而徇齊,長而敦敏,成而登天。迺問於天師曰:餘聞上古之人,春秋皆度百歲,而動作不衰;今時之人,年半百而動作皆衰者,時世異耶,人將失之耶。
歧伯對曰:上古之人,其知道者,法於陰陽,和於術數, 食飲有節,起居有常,不妄作勞,故能形與神俱,而盡終其天年,度百歲乃去。

This is the place I go especially when I am stressed. But it's closed between Jan to Mar.
It's open almost all the time and if you don't want it, no one will bother you. You can simply sit in the temple and meditate. Hope you'll like and enjoy it as mush as I do if you decide to visit.
